THE SPACE

Even before setting foot in the front door, you and your guests will begin your entry into the Relaxation Station atmosphere here at Aqua Breeze, due to the superbly laid-back screened front porch that’ll beckon you each time you see it. Enjoy a meal, snack, or glass of wine there, or simply chill with your family or friends while listening to the countless bird songs serenading you from the tall, stately trees surrounding the huge property.

Inside this wonderful vacation home, you can take a load off—with many comfy seating options in the open-design living room-dining room—and watch a favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. Or, during the winter months, sit in front of a roaring fire with a hot beverage in hand. Hungry, anyone? The spacious, new kitchen has all you need, including high-end stainless-steel appliances, stone countertops, and top-quality cookware and utensils to help you whip up scrumptious vacation meals for yourself and your loved ones! And when a great cup of morning coffee is on your mind, we’ve got you covered. Besides a primo Keurig coffeemaker, we supply all the fixings to get your mojo working every vacation morning. By the way, there’s a formal dining table that seats 6 for when everyone wants to share a meal together. Plus, the front porch dining set seats 4, and the outdoor dining set seats 8.

All three bedrooms are lushly appointed—two of the three have cushy-comfy sitting areas, fireplaces for use in winter months, and open onto a private balcony or the pool deck—with top-end bedding and linens to ensure a sound sleep and sweet dreams. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, and there’s a double-sized futon in a common area, so The Pool House can sleep up to 8 guests.

The Aqua Breeze bathrooms feature stone-top vanities and deluxe fixtures. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with a rain shower head, while the upstairs ensuite bathroom is highlighted by a Jacuzzi tub. Also, each bathroom provides you with all the essentials you and your guests may need. A high-quality washer-dryer combo, too, will help you handle your vacation laundry.

The fact is, some pools are created better than others—can we agree on that? And we wouldn’t call this way-cool vacation rental home Aqua Breeze if this heated pool weren’t a cut above most! Stretching out at 55’ x 20’ and surrounded by both a huge, nicely furnished deck and a gorgeous yard and garden, you and your guests will relish each moment spent either in or out of the pool, reclining in the sun, strolling in the spacious yard—playing with the kids, if applicable—or eating and drinking outdoors, as vacationing people do! Someone hankering for barbecue? There’s a great gas grill on the deck, ready and waiting to cook up a mouth-watering barbecue feast. And when evening sets, there’s a chill firepit and chairs to gather ‘round and count stars, talk about the day’s events, or just savor a glass of your favorite beverage and feel grateful for all your vacation blessings.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
