The main level of the home, on the second floor, includes an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Just off the living area, are french doors that lead to the large screened porch with outdoor lounges and cushioned seating, that overlooks the quaint cottages that line Jones Avenue.

The custom-crafted kitchen features beautiful stone countertops and all stainless appliances and includes a dual coffee/Keurig brewer, an espresso machine, dishwasher, toaster oven, and a toaster and a built-in microwave. The beautiful granite breakfast bar is perfect for gathering while cooking a gourmet delight, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. The large dining table seats up to 8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. A half bathroom is located in the hallway. Large windows, tall ceilings, and a neutral color palette have created a warm and inviting atmosphere that transcends from room to room.

Bedroom 1 is located on this main living level, furnished with a King size bed and flat-screen TV, and has a beautiful en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a large soaking tub. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor of the home. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large private en suite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower.
