The open concept kitchen gives way to the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table for 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar and 2 additional seats at a side table. The living room has an oversized club chair, comfortable sectional sofa, and a large 70" Smart TV with surround sound. Just off the living area, get ready for fun! The open game room takes on all the action with a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a pool table, a foosball table, and a full-size shuffleboard table. The game room is an excellent separate area for kids and teens while the adults lounge in the living room. Step outdoors onto the deck for a gas grill and under-the-stars dining. The main level also is home to bedrooms 2 and 3, which share the renovated hall bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, TV, and a private sundeck.
