This directly oceanfront home offers unbeatable views of the Atlantic ocean. The property to the North of this home is a wildlife and dune sanctuary allowing for phenomenal views towards Hilton Head and the entrance of the Savannah River.
A private heated* pool is in the side yard of this home, plus a hot tub and much more instant fun vacation for all ages.
Relax in a spacious living room directly oceanfront with wood burning fireplace, a full wet bar, two daybeds, a twin pullout sofa bed, and a formal dining table for 8. Step out of the living room onto the sun deck and stroll down the private beach walkway onto the beach.
The gourmet kitchen features a double oven, microwave, acrylic cooktop, and appliances necessary for easy entertaining. There is a dine-on granite countertop for 3.
A magnificent King main suite with a private oceanfront balcony and bath comprises the entire top floor (3rd floor with elevator access). The king platform bed allows you to relax in luxury. There is an attached full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub with an ocean view.
On the home's main level (2nd floor) are four bedrooms.
BEDROOM 2-The guest suite features a queen bed plus a twin bed with a private full bath with shower. Direct ocean views.
BEDROOM 3-The second queen bed is directly oceanfront and just steps to a full bath with a shower and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is directly oceanfront with a window overlooking the beach and garden.
BEDROOM 4– This bedroom features a king bed that has a pool view and overlooks the enclosed garden and Tybee's tree-scape. It shares the above-referenced full bath and is just steps away.
BEDROOM 5- This bedroom features a queen bed. A half bath is just steps from this bedroom. The half bath is easily accessible to all.

On the outside of this fantastic vacation home are a hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, and a large pool.
Two patio tables are next to the hot tub. Each table seats 6 for a total of (12) seats.
There is parking for 4 vehicles only.
Additional fee for pet. $95 per pet.
HEATED POOL DISCLAIMER: The pool may be heated to a max temperature of 75 degrees. The temperature will decrease during the night, especially if the temperature falls below 45 degrees. Cold rain and ground temperature will also contribute to the maximum pool temperature. Guests can add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $30 per day.
