This is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft. property located near south end. It is about 5 blocks to the Back River beach and pier and also within walking distance to Tybee's main beach, pier and pavilion. Palms on Fifth is a great property for friend or family groups needing separate spaces and looking for comfort and convenience. The main living level of the home on 2nd floor has a very spacious living area with lots of comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The eat-in kitchen includes seating for 4 with additional seating for 6 on enclosed sun porch. Formal dining area with seating for 8.
