By entering on the first floor, you'll find the stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, hand laid brick flooring, and a spacious den perfect for gathering while preparing home-cooked meals. Upstairs, the airy living space offers an ample amount of comfortable seating for your entire party, with a sunroom attached. Just off of this space, you'll find 2 large bedrooms with beautiful barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. The home features two full bathrooms, thoughtfully located for convenience and guest privacy.

On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom just off the kitchen, tucked between the kitchen and the laundry room. This setup is easily accessible from the main living areas and ideal for guests spending time on the main level. The second bathroom is located on the upper level, to the left at the top of the stairs. It’s just around the corner near the small table area, offering convenient access for anyone staying in the upstairs bedrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and do not include bathtubs, providing a clean and updated feel throughout the home.

This home truly highlights indoor/outdoor living, as you will be in heaven with all the great outdoor spaces! On the second floor enjoy the large deck with lounge chairs to soak up the sun and enjoy ocean breezes. Listen to the ocean waves crashing from the screened porch while relaxing on the wrap around couch. Downstairs, there guests can take advantage of the covered porch with grill, dining table, outdoor bar and swings. After arriving home from the beach, take use of the outdoor shower and rinse off before heading inside.
