While staying in this coastal beach home, you will catch glimpses of the many birds that visit Tybee and maybe even the official bird of Tybee, the Painted Bunting.

The home's main living area is the middle floor, which the staircase may access on the side of the house. Every room of this home has been furnished with high-end furnishings with your comfort in mind. The living room has two large sofas overlooking Tybee's marsh and a large Smart TV. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for four at the kitchen countertop. The newly constructed kitchen has high-end appliances and all the meal-prepping conveniences you need, including a waffle iron. Located directly off the living room is a spacious porch with a gas grill.
A half bathroom and laundry room are also located on the middle floor.

Each bedroom has its own private ensuite full bathroom. The main bedroom is framed with windows that overlook the Tybee coastal marsh. The king-size bed has a Sleep Number smart mattress. If you decide to use the Sleep Number smart mattress settings remote, you will be able to adjust each side of the bed for the perfect night's sleep. The attached full bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in closet, and a large stand-up shower.
The second bedroom has a brand new double-over-double bunk bed (each bunk sleeps two) and smart television. The attached full bathroom has a shower and tub combination.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and smart television. This bedroom also features an adjustable mattress that may be set to your own unique preference. The attached full bathroom has a shower and tub combination.
