Separated from the beach by a public parking lot, the Sandpiper Condo building is flanked by two popular Tybee hotspots: Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events like the fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.

This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA-compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, for 2 dogs.
