Guest access
You have access to the entire house, the front yard, and the backyard.
Charge your Tesla for free using the newly installed 14-50 outlet (plug not included; be sure to bring your mobile charging kit with the 14-50 plug). Wake up with a full charge! In the event that guests in both units need to charge, please coordinate with each other to share the outlet (there's a Supercharger station less than 5 minutes away at Tortoise Rock Casino)

There is an outdoor security camera to monitor the driveway and parking area. There are no recording devices inside the rental property or in any private outdoor space.
We do our own landscaping, and use our electric wood chipper to break as much of the yard waste down into mulch as possible in order to create new soil over time (rather than throwing it all in a garbage bin since 29 Palms doesn't have green waste bins). Please do not use the mulch or sticks/twigs around the property for the fire pit because you may be burning oleander, which is toxic to humans and animals when inhaled or ingested (but not when mulched). We stack any wood that can't fit in the wood chipper and that's safe to burn into piles along the fence near the mulch garden. Feel free to use this wood for the fire pit when available.

Twentynine Palms is home to this vacation home. 29 Palms Historical Society and Theatre 29 are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ryan Mountain and Split Rock.
