This spacious luxury villa in Kalkan overlooks Kalkan Bay, the islands and the harbour and is only a 10 minute stroll to the town centre. The house is located in the distance to reach all shopping centers, restaurants and the public beach in Kalkan on foot. All rooms have fantastic sea views. The house has terraces or balconies on all three levels, all with splendid views. The house is 180 m2 indoor area and furnished with taste in a classic, simple, elegant style.

The villa is situated within its own plot (650 sqm), surrounded by natural stone walled gardens and terraces with plants like palm,olive,fruit and grapes. It has a spectacular large 44 m2 private swimming pool and plenty of outside stoned areas for eating and sunbathing. In the ground floor there is a kitchen with a fridge for cold drinks and a cooker for making omlettes etc. All rooms have balconies or terraces with plenty of seating areas. Everything at the villa and in the garden are only for your use.

There is a lounge area in the house with a log fire. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms all with private balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, oven and complete kitchen utensils and glassware. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, surround sound system and DVD facilities. There are plenty of parking space for our guest in front of the villa.The property has high speed wireless internet access which makes it suitable for smaller corporate groups. The villa is very well serviced, staff attend daily to the pool and garden, cleaning and linen change weekly. The villa should provide everything to make a fantastic and relaxing holiday.

Located in Kaş, this villa is near a water park and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Kaputas Beach and Patara Beach. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and mountain biking nearby.
