The sunny pool terrace on the first level has a good sized private pool, sun-loungers, a covered seating area, al-fresco dining table (seats 6) and side gardens verdant with fruit-bearing lemon and tangerine trees. There is also a stone oven barbecue and an outdoor shower. While the pool area receives sunshine for most of the day, ultimate sunseekers may also enjoy the roof terrace for further sunbathing opportunity.

The large roof terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers, and offers the additional convenience of a kitchenette.
