The villa was built by the award winning developer Orka and is maintained by our support company Activities Unlimited, giving guests the reassurance that there is someone available 24 hrs a day, should you need them.
This beautiful villa is located in the picturesque village of Ovacik, right at the foot of the Babadag Mountains. Ovacik offers a peaceful location with an abundance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within 5 mins walk. The vibrant resort of Hisaronu, is within walking distance (10 mins) and offers a fabulous selection of restaurants, bars and clubs for those wishing to dance until dawn. Olu Deniz, with it’s stunning Blue Lagoon, and Fethiye with it’s excellent marina, are both just a short drive away. Dolmus buses are plentiful and provide easy access for those wishing to explore the Aegean coast.
The villa is complete with modern furnishings. It has 3 large bedrooms, all with balcony. The interior is very bright and airy and offers a vast open plan kitchen/lounge area. A large stone BBQ is available for dining al-fresco and a large patio overlooks the gardens and the expanse of our extensive pool. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa and is a welcome relief in the peak of the summer season. You will also appreciate the breeze that Ovacik offers, unlike the neighbouring resorts, such as Calis beach and Olu Deniz.

Located in Fethiye, this villa is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ölüdeniz Beach and Kumburnu Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Fethiye Marina.
