Enjoy this charming 1930s Tudor style home located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of midtown. Not only will you stay within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, shopping and coffee houses in all of Tulsa the Gathering Place is a short stroll away as well. Named by Time Magazine as one of the World's 100 Greatest Places you can rent a bike or a kayak, play basketball, go for a morning jog on the River Parks trail or stroll the 65 acres of urban jungle.

The house itself has two bedrooms with blackout curtains and shades in each. The main bedroom features a Cal King sized bed while the second bedroom has a queen. The internet is fiber with speeds of 700M down and 600M up. The HVAC system was replaced in 2023 and can keep up with the hottest summers and coldest winters. The backyard is fully fenced for your pets should you decide to bring them. There is also an X Box available to log on to for your children or husband.
