The bathroom is very small. One who would use it cannot move as freely as one should be when in a normal-sized bathroom. It is an old and historic building. It is not suggested for people who do not want to be in confined spaces. (Exact measurements are 23 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 69 in tall).

Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than normal noise level please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night`s sleep.

LOST PARKING PERMIT:

PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $45 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $12/night
- Limited to 1 pet; 40 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation

**Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $200 fine and vacating premises**
