Welcome to Saddle Notch Mountain Villa 6! This stunning townhome is designed with families in mind. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor gathering space, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Reserve has to offer. This home is not pet friendly.
Upstairs on the main floor, you will find the open kitchen and living room that open to a large deck with fantastic mountain and nature views and a picnic table. The master suite, complete with a king size bed and private bathroom, is also upstairs on the main floor.
Downstairs you will find an additional three bedroom and 2 bathrooms. A second king bedroom enjoys a private bath, and the third bath is shared between the bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with a lofted full size bed. The downstairs porch features a custom built bed swing! With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this home comfortably sleeps 10!
The itinerary for a Bear Lake Reserve vacation is endless and no matter what time of year a getaway is in order, the temperature, surroundings, and the people are bound to make it an unforgettable, adventurous experience. This home is not pet friendly.
Located in Bear Lake Reserve, a neighborhood in Tuckasegee, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a lake. Bear Lake Reserve Golf Club and Signal Ridge Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pisgah National Forest and Bear Creek Lake Access Area. Cashiers Farmers Market and Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute are also worth visiting. Kayaking, water skiing, and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
