• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Try to leave the house as you found it. cleaners clean thoroughly between guest changeover. so pls help! pls wash/dry beach towels. use clothesline more than 2/3.
• All recycles belong in blue trash barrel; excess-black bag it-text me for instructions if needed. our trash collectors are very helpful, if needed. contact sheet is inside kitchen closet on board.
• Please report any breakage or other issue to me asap so we can repair, replace, fix for next tenant. thank you. journey home safely!
