soaking tub, slate pool table, and a completely private setting backing up to
the Tahoe Donner open space and trail system at the end of a cul-de-sac of
larger homes. Activities and features for your whole family with a level
entry on 1/2 acre. Plus, ample room to share with friends or your extended
family.
* Gourmet Kitchen with professional gas stove, 2 ovens, copper sinks, concrete counters, 2 dishwashers, antique French butcher block island and more.
* 4.5 luxury baths with 2 steam showers
* Covered hot tub open to forest views
* 3 car garage
* Upstairs Primary bedroom with ensuite bath and fireplace has a large adjoining room with 2 twin beds plus a trundle bed for kids or relaxation, and a private deck
* Large upstairs Guest Room with ensuite bath connects to a second bunk bedroom
* Downstairs Primary Bedroom has fireplace and ensuite bath
* 2 more bedrooms and full bath downstairs
* Whole house mesh wifi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a slate pool table add to the fun.
* Please note that we are limited to 12 guests by local laws, but that excludes any children under 13 traveling with you.
Access to all of the amenities of Tahoe Donner, including cross country and
downhill skiing, horseback riding, biking, hiking, pools, beach club, golf,
tennis, pickleball and more with fees applying. The public amenities are open
to all and unrestricted. Private amenities, which include the Beach Club
Marina, Northwoods Pool, Trout Creek Recreation Center and Tennis + Pickleball
Center, are limited to usage by 6 guests per day with guest passes provided at
the house. Private amenities also have the following blackout dates for guest
usage: Jan 17-19 (MLK Day), Feb 14-16 (President's Day), May 23-25 (Memorial
Day), July 1-5 (July 4th), Sept 5-7 (Labor Day), Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day),
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year's holiday)
