This home is the perfect place for family & friends to gather. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island. Just off the living space is the Junior Master that has a king size bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs you’ll find 3 more bedrooms: a master king suite, and two guest rooms connected by a Jack & Jill bath - one featuring a queen size bed, and the other with two sets of twin-size bunk beds.
The home’s interior is modern mountain complimented by light and dark wood, and brushed nickel accents. Located on the ground floor, the open concept great room boasts large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a gas fireplace. It’s the perfect place for everyone to gather. On the front patio, you’ll find a gas fire pit perfect for chilly Truckee nights or creating the ultimate homemade s’mores. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances and a large island to cook a meal the whole family will enjoy. Just off the living space is the Junior Master suite that has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower. Also on the ground floor is the laundry room and a half bath. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms. The Master suite features a king size bed, private balcony, large walk in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom. Connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom is a bedroom with a queen size bed and the bunkroom complete with two sets of twin-size bunk beds.
