The great room features stylish modern decor, massive windows, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light. The large, open floor plan allows for plenty of comfortable seating by the fireplace in the great room, a dining table for 6, and a spacious, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
The downstairs master suite is right off the dining room, and features it’s own fireplace, a large walk-in closet and direct access to the private deck and hot tub. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower.
The 2nd en-suite bedroom is upstairs, also has a walk-in closet and bathroom with a large enclosed shower.
The 3rd en-suite bedroom, also upstairs, includes a twin over queen bunk, and combined tub/shower enclosure in the bathroom.
An expansive outdoor living space includes a deck with built-in benches, private hot tub and gas BBQ - a perfect space for lively outdoor entertaining, or just relaxing and enjoying the magnificent view!
Just steps away from the Pavillion and all of Old Greenwoods amenities, including golf, tennis, adult pool, jacuzzi, kiddie pool, water slide, fitness center, group fitness classes, enjoy your own Private hot tub under the starry sky, cook a gourmet meal in a fully stocked kitchen, throw a party on your spacious deck, complete with gas grill, table and chairs, and chaise lounges; or just relax, enjoy the sun, and take in the magnificent views on the first tee of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. — The possibilities are endless, and the choice is yours!”
