Enjoy the clubhouse amenities with crystal clear pools, work out facilities, hot tub, golf course, hiking and mountain biking trails, tennis courts, bocci, ski resort, snow sledding and more (some fees apply).
This home includes two bedrooms, two full baths, living room with queen sofa bed, dining room table for 8, well-equipped kitchen, single car attached garage perfect for all your ski and mountain biking gear and additional visitor parking and heated driveway for the snow season. You will also enjoy the private covered back deck & patio table & chairs, overlooking the beautiful greenbelt. A gas BBQ is available for your use as well. Clean, warm and inviting. Spring and Summer time in Truckee are some of my favorite times in the mountains. Lake, sun, mountain biking, hiking, strolls in downtown Truckee and other local cities, great restaurants, club house amenities - something for everyone!
Warm, sunny days with snow capped mountains and cool evenings make it a wonderful destination for a long weekend or an extended stay! Tahoe Donner is known for its wonderful amenities including crystal clear pools, hot tub, workout facilities, golf, tennis, mountain biking trails, horseshoes, bocce ball, archery, horse back riding, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and MORE! Snow Season - Enjoy several world class ski resorts all within a few miles from the cabin. Downhill and cross country skiing just miles away! Please know that chains and 4-wheel drive are always strongly recommended to carry when traveling in the Tahoe area and maneuvering the mountains and driveways during the snow season.

There are many beautiful amenities available during your stay at Tahoe Donner. There is limited access to the Tahoe Donner amenities during the following holiday period.
2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions -
Short-Term Tenant Cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days a year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, Short-Term Tenant Card access will be blacked out on the following dates:
• Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)
• Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
• May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
• July 1-5 (July 4th)
• Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
• Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
• Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
Private Amenities:
• Trout Creek Recreation Center (year-round)
• Beach Club Marina (Seasonal)
• Tennis + Pickleball Center (Seasonal)
• Northwoods Pool (Seasonal)

Located in Truckee, this condo is in the mountains. Palisades Tahoe and Northstar California Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Donner Lake. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and ice skating.
