You'll have everything you need in this 6-bedroom, 3-bath home. Sleeps 15 people, no pets please. Full kitchen, laundry room, office with sofa sleeper. Our two decks are furnished, and the back deck has a propane fire pit. ORV trails are minutes from the house. We are 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Enjoy the best of both worlds. Lyft is available to & from downtown.

*No Firearms or Hunting: Discharging firearms or hunting is strictly prohibited on the property. Guests are only permitted to access and use the yard area immediately surrounding the house—not the land across the street.

House Rules:
- Please input the correct number of guests to ensure our housekeepers are properly covered for laundry expenses!
- A $50 additional guest fee per guest will be auto-charged if guests aren't listed
- No smoking (There will be a $1000 penalty for smoking inside the premises)
- No candles
- Pets not allowed
- Please bring your own beach towels.
- No large or noisy parties - a $500 fine will be charged if you are found to have had a party on the property
- Leave the grill in clean condition. It is a propane grill, please do not use charcoal
- Do not leave food or wrappers outside, we have an abundance of wildlife including bears
- Absolutely no hunting or firearms on the property
- Respect our neighbor's property and no trespassing
- We have a septic system, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper
- Please turn off all lights, and lock all doors before you leave
- Respect our privacy. If a door is locked, please leave it alone. The back refrigerator is private. There will be a charge if the locks are tampered with
