Welcome to the Green Light House, conveniently located in East Bay, just minutes from the beach, park, bike trail, wineries and Downtown TC! Recently updated and designed, its style is a thoughtful curation of various periods and themes. Inspired by eclectic patterns, colors, and imagery, we strived to connect imaginative and timeless designs. We love homes that feel put together and purposeful, and we think The Green Light House brings that set of values to life. We welcome you to our home!
You enter the home into a fully-stocked kitchen with a window view into the spacious, fenced-in backyard with Breeo fire pit (with plenty of firewood) and outdoor furniture. From the kitchen, you pass through a common space with comfortable seating to enjoy a book or cocktail. The living room follows next and includes ample seating for all guests, including a workspace in the corner and a 65” Samsung Smart TV with Roku connectivity (BYOP - bring your own passwords). The rest of the main level consists of one full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds. Both bedrooms include brand new Midea window A/C units. As you move upstairs, the second level really brings the cottage atmosphere. It includes a small half bath and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. The queen bedroom includes another Midea window A/C unit.
No matter your Northern Michigan adventure, this home is centrally located to offer convenience and accommodate your needs. For the families, it is walking distance to the neighborhood park; for the beach bums, the State Park Beach is a hop away; and for the walkers/joggers/bikers, the Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) is a skip away.

Please access the house using the smart lock on the door to the right as you approach. The access code will be provided upon reservation.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Pine Grove, a neighborhood in Traverse City. While the natural beauty of Lake Michigan and Traverse City Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Grand Traverse Resort Golf Course.
Interlochen Center for the Arts and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
