The whole group will enjoy this house with a fully fenced in back yard on a double lot. Full kitchen, living room, dining space, full bathroom, three bedrooms in main house. A kitchenette, living room with fireplace, second full bathroom and projector and bed in separate studio space.
This home does not have a tv but does have a projector to stream on.
This house does not have AC. We do provide fans. The house was lived in by the host for over a decade with no AC. There is a tree canopy shading most of the house and the bay provides a cool breeze (and also great way to cool down with a dip on high hot days)
At only 3 blocks from East Bay Beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, the location shines too!
Traverse City is home to this vacation home. Shoppers can check out Front Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Michigan and Traverse City Beach. Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf and Centre Ice Arena are also worth visiting.
