Our main floor offers a queen bedroom, and upstairs has 2 small bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with 2 twin beds (stairs are narrow with a low overhead). Our detached "Squirrels Nest" area offers a wide range of flexible uses - including a ping pong / pool table, arcade game machines, TV with wifi streaming options, a large sectional, mini fridge, and family games. Open the doors WIDE to the outside to breath in the fresh Bay air. Permit # 2025-44

The Neighborhood:
Located on the popular M22 scenic highway! Perfect for a lazy Sunday drive or a site-seeing trip, M22 is 116.7 miles long and follows the Lake Michigan shoreline of the Leelanau Peninsula, making up a portion of the Lake Michigan Circle Tour. It also passes through the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Beautiful views and fun destinations along the way!

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get around. It is 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City and 15 minutes to Sutton's Bay.

- This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

The view of the water is awesome from our place, but we do not own the rights to the shore line. Please respect our neighbors by not trespassing at the water’s edge or on the docks in front of our home. We do have great beaches just down the road. We ask that when coming up from the beach that you rinse your feet and please enter the house through the back entrance.
**Please again note: We do NOT have access to the shore line with our property. The beach across the street is private property and trespassers will be ticketed.

We do have beaches very close, including the popular beaches at Elmwood Park, Roadside Park & Beach M-22, just north of Cherry Bend Drive and the West End beach in Traverse City.

Check-In: Is at 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)

Guests will be able to reach out at any point with questions or concerns via call, or Airbnb. We strive to be readily available to all guests.

Travel Advisory: Local Road Construction
Please note that there is ongoing road construction on Grandview Parkway between Division Street and Cherry Bend Road, which may result in slightly longer travel times to and from downtown Traverse City from your location. This construction does not affect access to the home directly and will not impact your stay at the property. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for travel during your visit, or seeking an alternative route in Google Maps.

Traverse City is home to this vacation home. Shoppers can check out Front Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Michigan and Traverse City Beach. Great Lakes Children's Museum and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park are also worth visiting.
