Perfect for a fun filled trip with friends and family, or to be close to the hospital 5 blocks away or for a business stay downtown!
The space
This charming home was built in 1900 with updates throughout the years. Parking on the street is free, plentiful and convenient during the day. Overnight parking is free and safe in the home's alley driveway with space for a total of 3 guest vehicles. The guest entrance is at the front of the house and goes immediately upstairs to 2 private bedrooms with mini fridges and a full bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has a full size bed with mini fridge, smart TV, table and chairs, wet bar, dresser and closet. The door locks from the inside and the outside with a skeleton key and lock.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with mini fridge, walk in close, dresser and comfortable chair. The door locks from the inside only with a hook lock.

Located in a common area of the unit is a microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, regular coffee and tea.

Guests are welcome to use the chairs on the front porch (great for people watching!), the macrame swing in the front yard and the table, chairs, bon fire pit and lawn in the backyard.

The yard is not fenced in.

Guests enter from the front door and are welcome to use the front porch, front yard, back patio table, chairs and bon fire pit and backyard. It is a second floor unit so there are stairs to be climbed.
Other things to note
Chairs are provided on the small front porch (except during the snowy months), which gets a lot of warm sunshine in the spring, summer and fall....a great place for your morning coffee during those months.

The yard is not fenced in, therefore keep dog on leash. Wags West Dog Park is located at 315 N. Division St, only 7 blocks away.

Carrots provided to build your own snowman in the winter, weather permitting! ⛄️

The entire space is carpet-free.

Central, a neighborhood in Traverse City, is home to this vacation home. Shoppers can check out Front Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Michigan and Traverse City Beach. Great Wolf Lodge Water Park and Great Lakes Children's Museum are also worth visiting.
