Newly constructed and centrally located 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse with private rooftop patio. The property will sleep up to 6 people with two queen beds and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy all that downtown Traverse City has to offer with restaurants, movies, shopping, and beaches all within walking distance.
The Suncatcher is a 4-level townhome with 1-car garage on ground floor. Garage is available for guests and is large enough to park a medium-sized SUV (think Toyota 4-Runner or Jeep Grand Cherokee) with roof clearance of 7ft 8in. Additional parking may be available in the adjacent lot or downtown.
Up the stairs to the second level you will find the living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Enjoy movies on the large 75'' TV with Bose surround sound and pull-out couch that sleeps two (full-size mattress). Kitchen is fully stocked including Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream, and all-new appliances
On the third level are the two bedrooms, each with queen bed, blackout curtains, and white noise machines to help you sleep soundly. The master bedroom also has a desk for those who need a private space to work. A second bathroom is also located on this floor.
Upstairs from the bedroom level is the rooftop patio. Enjoy stunning views of downtown and Grand Traverse Bay from 40 feet high! A BBQ grill, patio area and fireplace provide the perfect space for a unique and relaxing day in a setting you won't find anywhere else in Traverse City.

Parking in front of the garage or in front of any other garage in the townhome complex is prohibited and will result in your vehicle being towed. Please only park inside the garage or in another designated parking space.
Slabtown, a neighborhood in Traverse City, is home to this vacation home. Shoppers can check out Front Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Michigan and Traverse City Beach. Great Lakes Children's Museum and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park are also worth visiting.
