Welcome to Sunset Corner, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just 10 minutes from Downtown Traveler's Rest, Furman, and North Greenville Universities, and only 20-25 minutes from Downtown Greenville!

Guests will enjoy this cozy, split-floor plan home, large, spacious backyard, and quiet residential neighborhood.

Whether you're here for vacation, to visit family, or to find your forever home, we know you'll be happy at Sunset Corner!

Our home is located on a corner lot right on a cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood in Traveler's Rest, SC.

There is plenty of parking for guests in the driveway, or in the 2-car garage, if desired (parking on the street overnight is prohibited by the neighborhood and will incur a fine). There is a garage opener on the hall way table for you to use. There will be a $75 charge if it gets lost or taken. Guests will enter our home through a smart lock on the front door and have full access to our spacious yard-- which is perfect for your pets, who are welcome with a one-time pet fee that is charged during or after booking. (Please note, the yard is not fenced in at this time).

Upon entering our home, you will be greeted by our cozy living room with pitched ceilings, lovely leather reclining sofas, a large screen TV with streaming access (guests login to their own accounts, cable is not provided). And a gorgeous view of the backyard.

Behind the living area is a large kitchen, well-equipped for cooking up a lovely meal. The dining table has seating for 6, and there is also bar seating for 4.

The split-floor plan allows for privacy, as the Master bedroom is on the far end of the house, near the garage, and the other two bedrooms are located in a hallway off of the kitchen and great room area.

The Master Bedroom is a tranquil oasis, featuring a King bed, nightstands and table lamps, large closet, dresser, and a reading chair.

The bedroom gives way to the master bath, which has both a stall shower and a large soaking tub.

On the other side of the home, we have our Queen Bedroom and our Twin Bedroom

The Queen bedroom has a Queen bed, night stand, dresser, closet, and also features a large desk space for those who may need to get some work done while on the road.

Right next door is the hall bathroom, which features a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.

Finally, we have our Twin room. It features beautiful windows and high ceilings in addition to its two twin beds, nightstand, and closet.

We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves, but are always a message away if needed!

Sunset Corner is located in a subdivision development. It is a true neighborhood, with side streets and cul-de-sacs, and plenty of places to jog or walk the dog :)

A car is highly recommended for your stay, as public transportation is not available in this area.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).

Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.

No tampering with the wifi router, smart lock, or ring camera.

Parking on the street overnight is prohibited in this neighborhood and will incur a fine. Please ensure all cars are parked in the driveway overnight.

Travelers Rest is home to this vacation home. Falls Park on the Reedy and Paris Mountain State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Honey Bee Company and Pavilion Recreation Complex. The Children’s Museum of the Upstate and Runway Park at GMU are also worth visiting.
