Located in a safe, quiet and convenient area in South Tracy, the home features an oversized kitchen with a 12-foot island opening to the dining and great room- perfect for large families and entertainment! Spacious master bedroom, dedicated workspaces, double-sink bathrooms with bathtubs, and tankless water heater (Not worrying about running out of hot water). Backyard offers a patio with a pergola, swings for kids, fruit trees, and a grassy area. A neighborhood park, Veteran’s park, and ACE train nearby.
