Critical Guest Policies (Red Tape)- All guests must be 25+ (those younger with parents are allowed) - 12 Guest Max - Can accommodate 8-10 vehicles in parking area near cabin - No Pets of any kind please - We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, lotion, and makeup remover. You may need to buy more. We do provide firewood for the fire pit and fireplace as well as propane for the upper deck grill. We also provide propane for the whole house generator. No worries if power goes out, your entertainment and fun continues uninterrupted. You will likely see and hear critters, this is in the middle of the smoky mountains :) Bears are dangerous, be aware of surroundings when outside. Bears and other animals also consider the forest their home! The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Guests under 25 can use tub with adult supervision! Use the hot tub at your own risk. All guests should be aware at all times on the decks. Children should be accompanied by an adult while on the decks. We do not offer refunds for weather, the cabin comes ready to entertain in sun, rain, snow, etc. Please refrain from sneaking pets of any kind into the cabin, you will be charged an additional $200 / pet deep cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave.
