Spacious hilltop country home with terraces overlooking spacious lawn and gardens located a few minutes between the towns of Litchfield and Torrington. This 3,000 square foot private residence has a large kitchen, fully equipped, and adjoining garden room with fireplace (and wood fired pizza oven), study, dining room, large living room and master bedroom suite on the first floor with a total of four bedrooms and two and a half baths. It is located in a neighborhood but totally private. There are two sweet pet cats that need to be cared for.
Torrington is home to this vacation home. Warner Theater and Litchfield Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at KidsPlay Museum and Haight-Brown Vineyard. Action Wildlife Foundation and White Memorial Conservation Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
