About our Staff

Chela, Claudia, maintenance, my husband Larry, and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home.
Guest access

Guests have access to the entire 4,000 square feet.

Interaction with guests

We usually have no physical interaction with our guests, but are available by phone/text or email during their entire stay. The day of your arrival you receive a keypad code that allows guests to check yourselves in and out. Anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know!

Other things to note

Coded lock on the front door for easy, no hassle access. If arriving in middle of night, no problem!

• Please respect our neighbors by not being loud or littering outside the home. This is a unique community of good neighbors and we have family in the immediate area. We are friends with our neighbors and value our relationships with them. Our neighbors are reasonable people, but like their sleep. We want to make them happy. No more than the number of guests booked in or on the property after 10 PM. Violation of this rule will immediately lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.

To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of small items around the house including toilet paper but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Located in Topeka, this vacation home is in a rural area and near theme parks. Kansas Museum of History and Mulvane Art Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Brown v. Board of Education National Historic Site and Subterra Castle. Traveling with kids? Consider Sports Center and Topeka Zoological Park. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hunting nearby.
