Book this relaxing, spacious, clean, and private home in Toms River, NJ. This home is perfect for any occasion, age group, or season. It’s in a prime location to restaurants, shops, beaches, main attractions, and amusements (list of attractions and locations below) it is perfect for all. The neighborhood is safe and has beautiful clear views of the Seaside Bridge and Barnegat Bay.
The backyard was recently renovated and is completely fenced in offering a full size walk out deck with a table and chairs, outdoor couches, 2 fire pits, led lights, and string lights to set the mood. Please note the backyard is only set up for the spring, summer, and fall months. During the cold winter months most of the furniture and lights are winterized. However, you can still utilize the backyard all year round.
This home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room (washer and dryer), and a spacious open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen, and sun room. Accommodates up to 7 guests comfortably. 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds, and a futon bed. Modern, almost all brand new furnishings, and available parking in driveway up to 4 vehicles. Pets allowed upon REQUEST and APPROVAL (additional fee).
We provide pillows, blankets, sheets, bath towels, basic toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/soap) and most things you might forget while packing for your Toms River getaway. WiFi is provided for personal use and perfect for working remotely. TV in the living room.
