Serve loved ones grand meals and picnic snacks at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the sophisticated kitchen. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's activities.

House Rules
- Hot tub will only run till 11 PM. Please allow two hours to heat up prior to the time you want to use it. The key to unlock the pool/hot tub gate will be located on a hook hanging on the wall near the poolside room exterior door. Please lock the gate while not in use.
Please note that one of the bedrooms is accessible from the exterior only.

Security camera details: This property is equipped with two cameras: (1) ring camera, and (1) on the garage driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
