• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• - place house key back into lockbox and ensure lockbox is locked. -ensure all windows, doors, and garage are closed - set thermostat to “run schedule” instructions on hall wall near thermostat.
• - return all outside chairs to garage. -remove all pet feces from the yard. - cover gas grill - move outdoor glass table against the house between bay window and kitchen window.
• -wash all kitchenware used during stay and place back into cabinet & drawers. -if you used the roku remote, plug remote into the usb cable connected to roku player.
