Come rejuvenate your spirit as you relax in this 4-season, 3 story lakefront summer/ski home with private beach and dock. The home is equipped with wireless Internet. There is one king size and one queen size bedroom downstairs with sliders that open to a private deck with great views of the lake. The second floor has a bright and airy floor plan.

2 Canoes, 1 Jon boat and a 2 seat kayak is all available to you. It is kept outside the house. We have sufficient life jackets for the safety of our guests.

We have Base board Electric heaters in all rooms to keep you warm throughout your stay.

Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including pots and pans, plates and glasses, spoons and fork. And if you want to grill, we have a fabulous grill with well stocked propane tanks for you to grill your own food, while also having a great view of the lake.

This house is build for the lake. Every room has a view of the lake and you may walk out of both the bedroom right to the lake.

We have a 15,000 BTU wall-mounted AC unit in the attic. During summer, the AC needs to be turned on as soon as you enter the house and allow it a few minutes to cool down. This powerful AC will effectively cool the entire house. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and a pedestal fan for extra comfort.

The GARAGE DOOR has been disabled for security reasons and is not functional.

There is a fire pit in the backyard to sit around and stay entertained with your family as you warm those marshmallows. We offer you a bundle of wood that will keep you warm during those amazing Pocono chillness.
The Wood stove in the living room is just for decoration purpose only.

Bring your fishing rods(you can buy a fishing license at a local department store) and enjoy the warmth of the lake.

When you feel tired after your hike to the Poconos mountains or after a ski trip, come home to relax to a wonderful Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. It works miracles!

Please note that we have made every effort to make sure the house is clean and fresh for your stay. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the cleaning or for anything else please get back to us with a written communication, We will make every effort to remediate the issue as soon as possible. Please note that after 8 PM on the date of Check-in we will not entertain or issue any refunds whatsoever.

When you come to the welcome center, please have a paper copy of your drivers registration. Lot of guests have a electronic copy on the smart phone they do not accept it anymore in the welcome center.

If you are bringing a rental car, please inform us in advance. There is a separate registration process for rental cars, and failure to follow this process may result in longer delays at the front office when obtaining your gate pass and entry.
Pet:

We love pets but due to compliance with our cleaning contract with vendors, we could allow only dogs as pets. There is a pet fee of $150 per dog per stay. Please see the house rules. As VRBO doesn’t have a way to collect pet fee upfront during booking we’ll send a payment request for pet fee after the booking.
The Pet fee is access separate as VRBO does not have an option to access that fee as part of their booking.

Driver's Details:

A last minute booking fee of $100 will be incurred, if you have not submitted the drivers information 3 Days before the Check-in.
This is also applicable for last-minute booking where the booking date is less than 3 Days of the Check-in date.

Transaction:

All transactions will happen through the VRBO system and to safeguard our guest we strongly encourage to make any payments through VRBO portal only.
There are animals in the vicinity so please always secure your trash bins.

Guests have access to the entire house.

There is High Speed wifi for streaming through Roku, Apple TV and Chromecast.

Directions - Route 80 to the Tobyhanna exit or Scotrun exit can get you there.
Propane tanks and firewood:

While we’ll make every effort to keep the propane tanks full we cannot guarantee that the propane tanks will be full and it is the responsibility of the guest to take care of firewood.

We provide propane tanks as a courtesy to our guests we have spare propane tanks which can be exchanged at Walmart or any propane exchange store. If you find the tanks are empty, please exchange them at Walmart or any propane exchange store nearby.
Firewood (for fire pit ) is also the responsibility of the guest.

Enhanced Cleaning:

We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob.
We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and our crew wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.
We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room.
We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay.
We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of Canoe/kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the Canoe/kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the Canoe/kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of Canoe/kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the Canoe/kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the Canoe/kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your group. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the Canoe/kayaks. All VRBO Guests in my group acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

While we’ll make every effort to keep the propane tanks full we cannot guarantee it and it is the guest responsibility to refill propane tanks if it gets emptied during their stay, However we do not expect the Guest to refill the tanks when they leave the rental

Dogs and service animals are allowed for a per booking / weekly fee of $150. No other pets please.
Smoking is allowed only outside the house / patio. Strictly no smoking inside the house.

Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver at the end of my listing Description.
