- The homeowner has someone who will arrive on-site on Sunday nights to take the bins out. They will not disturb your stay
- Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. There are 4 additional exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the right side of the house facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the back of the house facing the shed, 1 camera is located on the right back of the house facing the back door and deck, and the final camera is located on the left side of the house also facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
