3 Br Private Vacation Home Vacation Rental In Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania

ABOUT US: Gent and me ( Rachel) we love getaways, we always try to travel . Especially me.. ..!!! We are happily married and we have 2 boys. We love to explore outdoors and I truly understand is hard to find affordable and nice place…so then we invested in this beautiful house and I have the opportunity to share my vacay home. VACAY HOME:Cozy house, with brand new appliances. FIRST FLOOR :Master bedroom (King bed) and the master bathroom has hidromassage shower. Second Bedroom has ( Queen bed) is located in the second floor . Third Bedroom ( 2 full sized beds), In total the house has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, modern kitchen,Formal dinning area and GAME ROOM: small pool table. In the yard there is a gas propane grill and fire pit. (I don’t provide firewood ) . We have 2 exterior security cameras.
The rental is few minutes from ski places. In addition The house has access to pools ( open memorial weekend to Labor weekend). Guests can buy amenity wristbands in the welcome center.If any amenities ( pools, lakes, tennis court,etc) is NOT Accesible due weather, pandemic, short stuffed, maintenance, repair or any circumstances out of my control “ homeowner “ will not refund any money. * ***Please for the check out, take all your belongings, I am not responsible for lost items. AC UNIT : Window portable air conditioner in the living room and Stand up air conditioner in the second floor( bedroom of the two full sized beds) . The rest of bedrooms has air vents to help air flow. The rental has mild average temperatures.Each bedroom has ceilings fans, doors and windows open for cross breezes and the temperature tends to drop drastically at night. FRIENDLY REMINDER:( in summer and fall ) Because of the wildlife in the area ( Bears , deers) I highly recommend not food or trash outside. Exception when is the trash day pick up ( Wednesday ). Recycle day( Sunday). ******* You will need to wait for hot water after few showers.*** main driver needs valid ID Driver license and car registration( Lack of the documentation, the welcome center can refused to provide access to the community, HOA rules)There is a 85.00 late fee ( or last minute bookings)for forms not completed or submitted with in 3 days prior** if the hot tub needs to be drained for any misused or careless( ex. No covering the hot tub), there is a fee of 250.00 dollars.*** local rules needs to be follow one of them is drive 25 mph, any violations of local rules, I am not taking responsibility. Ex ( speed ticket). In winter months the main roads are plowed when is 5 inches or more of snow. Will be occasional snow ( we always have snow because we are in the mountains) in your way to the hot tub or entrance, I provide shovels and salt. So you will need it to remove the snow a little yourself , if is any inconvenience, please don’t book this property. If you want the full entrance and back be clear of snow, I can contact snow services, but it needs to be pay by you. It will cost 90.00 dollars. Thanks!
