We're excited to host you at our "Kaweah River House" that sits on the Main Fork of the Kaweah River. Upon entering the house you will notice the Breathtaking Views of the mountain and the Kaweah River. The home was designed to capture all of the outside natural beauty and bring it into the house while relaxing in the comfort of a remodeled home on the river. This a one-of-a-kind vacation home that will serve as the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Sequoia Park.

THE VIBE::

Quite an amazing property overlooking the main fork of the Kaweah River that sits only 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. Only 2 minutes from the entrance gate of the gate SNP. The home is completely remodeled with all modern furnishings. The unique cross beam in the center really opens up the house so that it feels so open and airy. The views are amazing while sitting on the private deck overlooking the Kaweah River. At this house you will wake up to amazing views of the Kaweah River right out the bedroom windows. There are no homes on the other side of the river so it feels very private and secluded.

THE HOME::
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a custom built twin XL size bunk bed ( the twin beds are XL size at 80 inches long). There is also an extra futon couch. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The dining table offers six chairs, but in case that's not enough there are four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The living room is very large with beautiful contemporary couches and accent chairs. While sitting in the living room looking out at the Kaweah River, you can enjoy a  60" 4K LED TV. The home has WIFI, DVD player and Satelite Spectrum cable. The master bedroom also has it's own TV, but better than the anything on TV is to gaze out at the stunning River views from the large master bedroom window. Oh, did I mention the deck overlooking the river  has a stainless steel BBQ. The property has amazing custom rock work and trails leading to the river, offering areas for fishing or picnicking. The home has central AC/ Heat. Leave the house and go into the garage to find your game room. We have a foosball table and ping pong table.
This house is absolutely amazing and will offer your family and friends unforgettable memories.
Please also note that we do have exterior cameras to protect our property as no one lives on site.

THE RIVER::
The Kaweah River is beautiful all year round. Like all natural rivers the Kaweah Rivers has high seasons and low. In the spring and early summer it is high enough for white water rafting. As summer wanes the river slows and lower but never dries up. We are fortunate to have a river that is year round so you will always enjoy the soothing sounds of the river.
**Children must be chaperone at all time especially near the river.  Please be cautious of current, especially during winter and early spring.

THE OUTSIDE::
The house sits about 1/2 miles from the entrance of the Sequoia National Park, and just a couple minutes to the downtown area of Three Rivers. The home sits on one acres of beauty and tranquility. Stargazing is a must during late evening and nighttime. This is truly a nature lovers paradise.
Three Rivers town has it all. There are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of California’s lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just a few miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing.
