A massive theater-like 85` flat-screen TV sets the stage for movie nights and relaxation. With multiple sleeping options, the home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether you’re cooking for a group or enjoying a quick bite before heading out to explore. Large windows bring in natural light, creating an airy and welcoming ambiance.

Step outside to the expansive patio, where a large dining table awaits for al fresco meals, gatherings, or simply enjoying the fresh air. The parking area offers space for up to 4 vehicles, with 2 cars able to park in the carport and 2 in front of the house, ensuring easy access and privacy.

The property features a spacious backyard and direct river access, which are shared among the three houses on the premises. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor space, relax by the river, or take in the natural surroundings.
