Sleep comes easy here. Two bedrooms with king beds offer a luxurious night's rest, while the third bedroom with two queen beds is perfect for families or guests who want their own corner of the house. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a real meal, plus a Keurig Duo for single cups or full pots depending on your morning mood. Free WiFi and Sling TV streaming on every TV keep everyone connected when you're not out exploring.

Whether you grew up on these titles or are discovering them for the first time, it's an unexpected delight that turns a rainy afternoon into the highlight of the trip.

All freshly laundered linens, towels, pillows, quilts, and blankets are provided and waiting for you. Starter supplies are stocked — dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, trash bags, spices, and basic cooking essentials — so you can settle in without a grocery run. Please note that supplies are a courtesy and may need to be supplemented for larger groups or extended stays.

When adventure calls, you're just a short drive from public Kaweah River access at Cobble Knoll and Slick Rock — perfect for swimming, wading, and riverside afternoons that stretch longer than you planned.

IMPORTANT INFO:

***Sequoia Serenity Lodge is located upstairs from another vacation rental. The units do not share amenities, but some noise transfer from the downstairs unit may occasionally occur.

***Property is located in the foothills which is considered a high risk wildfire area. There may be times when our electricity utility company temporarily shuts off electricity to the property due to increased wildfire risk caused by winds, etc. These temporary power outages are rare precautionary measures and are beyond our control.***

***Loud noise and loud music is not allowed at anytime.

***There is no landline telephone line at the property. Cell service for most carriers is available.

***High Speed Internet is provided and is the fastest WiFi available in the area. Service will occasionally be on and off due to mountain location, altitude, and weather.

***Property is located in the foothills, thus it is located in a wildlife area. Especially between March and November, there is a possibility of seeing Bears and other wildlife. It is extremely important to not leave any food or trash outside or in vehicles, that vehicles are locked at all times, and that windows lower than 10 feet from the ground are not left open at night or when leaving the property.

***Property is located in the foothills, which is home to various species of snakes, scorpions, and many other types of bugs and reptiles. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not leave children unattended.

***Please be advised we do have two external cameras located on the front porch and on the side of the house facing the driveway area. We do not reside in the property full time and use the camera to monitor for property security.

***We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions, and/or park closures as these are beyond our control. We strongly suggest that guests purchase travel insurance if weather and/or park closures are a concern.

***Please be advised that there will be third parties periodically on site at the property to perform landscaping, and pest spraying services.

***Due to our mountain location near the river our water contains minerals which can impact the taste and smell. The water is safe to drink and is professionally treated. If you are sensitive to taste we recommend that you bring bottled water for your stay.

RULES:
• Maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced (Occupancy greater than 8 guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $500 fee)
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No driving or parking in any unpaved areas
• No parties/events (Unauthorized parties/events will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $1,000 fee)
• No pets allowed (Unauthorized Pet Fee $500)
• No 3rd Party Bookings Allowed (Person making reservation must be staying at property)
• Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am
• No loud music or excessive noise inside or outside the unit at any time
• Tampering with or disabling the Wifi, or camera will result in immediate cancellation with no refund
• Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors
• No open fires or fireworks allowed
• No feeding wildlife
• No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless pre-approved by host in advance
