The snowmobile trail and bike trail are across the street (Three Eagle Trail). Snowmobiles and ATVs/UTVs can be ridden directly to and from this property. Apartment is within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, public beach, movie theater, and public fishing pier. Multiple boat launches are only minutes away as well! The Three Lakes Winery is just down the road from the property, with tours available during the summer months.
