Spacious Second Floor Condo near downtown Thomasville & the Historic District. Cozy Second Floor Condo located near Downtown Thomasville near the Historic District. The spacious living room is well appointed with a leather sofa featuring reclining seats, perfect after a long day. The laminate floors flow throughout the home and into the bedrooms which feature large closets and ceiling fans. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. You will love cooking with all new appliances including a stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The home is complete with a front load washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms featuring a tub with shower, sink vanity and toilet. The hall bath is shared while the primary bedroom has its own en-suite.

Remain comfortable year round with the central heat and air. Parking is limited to (2) spaces. There are several grassy areas to walk pets or grill out.

Property features free wireless internet, 50 inch smart TV, kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, basic kitchen supplies for cooking such as salt, pepper, oil, foil, and you’ll always find a few non perishable food items to get you by until you get settled in. Plus a few baking pans as well. There is a coffee maker, filters, coffee and some condiments for you to enjoy and cold bottled spring water in the fridge.

We have stocked up with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, Iron and Ironing Board and a few items ranging from band aids to soap and shampoo to get you started.

Full access of the home with common outdoor areas. There is an owners closet located off of the patio that is not accessible to guests which is used to maintain the home.
Thomasville is home to this condo. Kersey Valley Attractions and Kersey Valley Laser Tag are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Jackson Plaza and Randolph Plaza. Centennial Station Arts Center and High Point City Lake Park are also worth visiting.
