Surveillance Disclosure: There is a ring doorbell at the front door with audio/video and an outdoor camera pointing at the driveway for security purposes.

Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises (inside or outside) at any time. Violations will result in fines.

Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises (inside or outside) at any time. Violations will result in fines.

This is not a party house. Absolutely NO EVENTS, parties or large gatherings beyond 8 people. We have a great relationship with our neighbors and prefer to keep it that way. We appreciate your understanding.

Parking: Please note that overnight street parking in Chitty Chatty is prohibited. One vehicle can be parked inside garage, up to three in the driveway and any other vehicles can be parked at nearby rec centers (Rohan or Ezell) by going inside and notifying the rec center administrative staff of intent to park, id vehicle/plate and description.

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

GOLF CART DETAILS:
- Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $40 at the time of booking.
- The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission.
- Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use.
- We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.

POOL HEAT DETAILS:
• This pool is serviced by a combination of solar and gas heat and can take up to 36 hours to heat up to the desired temperature.
• The pool and spa are monitored via an external control. Guests may adjust spa functions but are not permitted to adjust pool temperature or other functions. Failure to comply can result in fines or expulsion from the property.
• When choosing to add the pool heat – this cost will cover getting the pool to an average temperature of 83-84 degrees.
• DEC-APR: The cost to heat the pool during these months will be $60/day. Please notify management prior to your stay if desire the pool to be heated during these months.
• OCT-NOV: The cost to heat the pool during these months will be $25/day. Please notify management prior to your stay if desire the pool to be heated during these months.
• The pool heating option is not always guaranteed and may be denied at the discretion of the homeowner due to extreme weather conditions, if applicable.
• Please feel free to send a message to discuss your pool heat desires if this is something you are interested in. The pool heat runs by day and must be requested 48 hours ahead of time as the pool will take some time to get heated.
