Guests welcome! This fully equipped home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has a large kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, lanai, and a heated / cooled Florida room (sunroom), large garage which connects to the kitchen through a laundry room. There are three 60" + TV's (connected to high-speed internet and an Amazon Firestick).
Front bedroom is currently set up as an office / tv room but can provide additional sleeping with the use of a high-quality King Coil air mattress (located in garage). There are two large BBQ's (gas and charcoal) located in the backyard.
What about this home location makes it great? It is located in the very desirable Village of Bonnybrook (The Villages). The Village Bonnybrook features a mix of designer homes, mature trees and friendly residents, many of whom will be out in walking their dogs and taking advantage of Florida's exception weather. This home is close (2.2 miles) to Lake Sumter Landing (live musical entertainment every night), close to local grocer, Publix (<1 mile) and a variety of other shopping, also very close to the neighborhood pool, and Championship golf course, Palmer Legends Country Club.
The Villages is known for having the largest and most diverse collection of amenities of any community on the planet. Residents have access to an amazing collection of golf courses, recreation centers, and town squares, as well as an unparalleled number of clubs covering just about any topic you can imagine.
Bonnybrook, a neighborhood in The Villages, is home to this vacation home. Grand Oaks Resort and Carriage Musuem and The Orange Blossom Opry are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit The Villages Market Square and Spanish Springs Town Square. Uncle Donald's Farm and Don Garlits Museum of Racing are also worth visiting.
