A short drive with a [rented] golf cart will get you to many of the areas best golf courses, not to mention the new championship course and others that are right around the corner from opening!

You will also be close to the new Aviary and Hawkins Rec Centers with the closest town square being Brownwood Paddock where you'll be sure to find plenty of things to do like dining, dancing, shopping and even live entertainment 7 evenings per week. Executive golf, swimming, pickle ball, tennis, corn toss, billiards, shuffleboard, and bocce ball and more all included in the transferred amenities rights for two adults. You can even enjoy more than 500 social clubs while you stay! 55+ community.

The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath villa with a front lanai for relaxing. The kitchen is well appointed with all your day-to-day cooking utensils and equipment. Come relax and enjoy The Villages Lifestyle in our home away from home.

Mandatory:

- Swim suits & gear! You’ll love all the pools. There are over 100 of them!
- Trail shoes - There are miles of nature paths to explore! So much scenery, animals, birds, alligators and more. If you haven’t been to Florida, be sure to check these out. You’ll love all the cool animals here!
- Golf clubs & shoes - There are over 700 holes of golf. Yup! More than any other community in the WORLD. WOW!
- Good times - don’t forget to smile and have a great time!
- Dancing feet - There is live entertainment all over that is free. Take a look at The Villages website for all the great events happening daily.
- Kayaks & boats - All over you’ll find places to go. After all, you are in the Land O’ Lakes. Give a gander at the maps, you’ll be surprised at how many places there are to go.
- Fishing gear - If you’re an avid fisherman, there is so much to go for here. Don’t forget to pick up your local fishing license, don’t want to get caught without one!
- An empty stomach - There are so many excellent places to eat. Be sure to check them out and patronize our fantastic local eateries, breweries, steak houses, seafood restaurants and so much more.
The Not-So-Fun Stuff:

Now to take advantage of all those awesome amenities you need to complete some paperwork or you’ll have to pay for them. Now some of you who are staying less than week (not sure why… hmmm) will have to shell out some extra cash, but we assure you, it’s worth it. OR.. Click edit and stay a few extra days and get it all for zippo, nada, zilch!

- Amenities transferred for stays 1 week or longer only. You must complete the application a minimum of 5 days before your stay for the transfer to take place. The application will be sent via electronic signature only. If you are not able to complete this in time, you may visit a one of the recreation centers listed on The Villages website, to obtain and pay for your ID in person. Any amenity and/or The Villages fees are not valid for reimbursement. You will not be able to use any amenities until you have a Guest ID for each person renting.
- Must be 55 or older to rent.
- No pets allowed. There will be a $1000 non refundable pet fee if rule broken to allow for adequate cleaning before next guests arrive.
- No smoking or vaping allowed. There will be a $1000 non refundable smoking/vaping fee if rule is broken to allow for adequate cleaning before next guests arrive.
- No open flames or wax warmers allowed.
- Golf Cart Not Included. The Villages and other places rent golf carts by the day, week and even month.

Wildwood is home to this vacation home. Paquette's Historical Farmall Museum and Leesburg Center for the Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Continental Country Club and AMF Leesburg Lanes. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
