A deluxe 2 bedrooms villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. A blend of contemporary and Thai traditional design. It's fully furnished and equipped like your own home, lovely interior design that decorated with wooden furniture & Thai ornaments. It's a nice idea for a couple, a small group of family or friends. The total size area is 400 m2
Living space:
- a large living room with music & video system, LCD screen TV and worldwide Cable TV.
- a fully equipped kitchen- with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen wares, etc.
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms It's tastefully decorated with a large double bed, One bedroom is overlooking the pool and attached terrace,
- 2 bathrooms
- Dining area for 4 persons.
Outside space: large terrace, private garden & swimming pool.
- The large terrace: there is a dining table with 6-8 seats, connected to the garden and swimming pool
- Relaxing & privacy with fresh green tropical garden, swimming pool with jacuzzi, large pool deck and provided sun-beds
- Car parking
RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
