Two spacious bedrooms with king size beds comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Further single beds are available upon request. Both bedrooms have large sliding glass doors providing direct access out onto the sundeck, pool and garden. There are two bathrooms finished to a high standard with black granite surfaces, modern fittings, waterfall showers and a handmade terrazzo bath.
The large living room has plenty of space and facilities - a large teak sofa and armchair, a 40' plasma TV with cable, a DVD player and a Hi Fi stereo system. The Western-style kitchen has all mod-cons and the dining area is suitable for up to 6.
There is a private infinity edge swimming pool, large sundeck with sunbeds and sunshade, a BBQ, table and chairs and a well-kept garden. A perimeter wall, dotted with plants and night lights, makes this a perfect private space for a relaxing tropical break.
A maid service is provided every 3 days (more on request) and, taxis, a driver or hire cars can be arranged. A dedicated team on-site can make recommendations for what to do and see and will help make bookings. All costs and taxes are included in the price apart from electricity which, unless agreed otherwise, is charged separately based on meter readings taken before and after.
Located in Rawai, this villa is in a rural area and by the sea. Bangla Road and Phuket Weekend Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kata Beach and Karon Beach. Rawai Art Village and Dino Park Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain climbing nearby.
