The space
Built in 1900, this 3,300 plus sq ft 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is just across the street and next door to our other large listings, ‘The White House’, ‘The Boho House’, ‘Grandmother’s House’, and ‘The Little House on Pecan’. It is also around the corner from our listing, ‘The Hickory Hill House’.

Our home sits in the culturally and socioeconomically diverse historic downtown lot and block neighborhood of Texarkana, Arkansas, just blocks from the Texas and Arkansas state line. Multiple restaurants 1 to 4 miles away. It is just few blocks to the downtown historic and entertainment district. Approximately 2 miles south from I30.

All bedrooms are UPSTAIRS. The downstairs has multiple living areas and a half bath.

The primary master suite is on the west facing side of the upstairs. It has a comfortable king sized bed, antique sofa, and internet connected TV.
Connected to the master bedroom is a bedroom with two twin beds and bookcase with children’s books. The twin room also has separate entrance from the hall upstairs.
Another bedroom next to the master and master bath features a full sized circa 1800’s bed and a full sized down filled sofa. There is a full bathroom with shower and washer/dryer that services these three rooms.

Down the hall on the East facing side of the home is another large bedroom with a king bed, 2 chairs, and a smart 32 inch TV. Next to this bedroom is the fifth bedroom with a full sized bed, dresser with mirror and a chair. A second full bath services these two bedrooms.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home including kitchen, half bath, dining, entry hall, den, and front parlor with conference table as well as five bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. This is NOT a shared home. Guests will be able to access the home 24/7 with an easy to use keypad lock. No key necessary.
Other things to note
High speed FIBER OPTIC internet is available in the home. No cable or satellite. All TVs upstairs are internet equipped. Downstairs TV has DVD player and is a Roku internet equipped TV.

This home is located in a historic lot and block district. There may be some noise from cars, church bells, or a train track that is located approximately one mile from the home in downtown Texarkana.

Texarkana is home to this vacation home.
