Welcome to wine country on the Central Coast! Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS 1970s Mid Century Dome house on a private 6 acre ranch. Beautiful country setting only minutes to best activities, restaurants, adventures, and wine tasting!
Amazing location, sleeps 6, and with awe dropping architecture you can't go wrong!
Two queen beds and main couch movable for additional bed area as well.
*There are no doors for privacy for bedrooms and bathroom does not have curtains/ blinds.
One full bathroom on main level with separate tub and shower.
This property is RURAL. It's in the country on a dirt road so there can be bugs, wildlife and dust present. Pest control occurs on a recurring basis.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking available up to 4-5 cars. Property is on well water so bottled water is recommended.

There is a second house on the property rented separately.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as a Smart TV so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
Located in Templeton Gap District, a neighborhood in Templeton, this vacation home is in a rural area.
