Welcome to serenity in the heart of wine country. Venture out to one of the many wineries, beaches on the central coast.
This is a very unique cottage for a couple looking for lots of space. It is two stories with very open concept on both floors. The upstairs is a very expansive space that is complete open other than the full bath. The downstairs features a living/dinning area , as well as a sufficient kitchen area. There is also a large 1/2 bath on the ground floor. The upstairs is a very large space for couple to spread out. There is a King bed and two couches. It also features desk and office chair as well plenty storage for what attire you packed. There is a small remolded full bath upstairs as well.
The property is 5 acre estate where the cottage is in the northwest corner and near by is the main house where the VRBO hosts live with 2 dogs (pugs). Also a pool/spa on property that guest are NOT allowed to use during there stay.

Templeton is home to this guesthouse. Templeton Community Park and Sunken Gardens reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Olea Farm and Paso Robles Children's Museum. Charles Paddock Zoo and Ravine Waterpark are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
